Terms of service
Short and in plain words: what you get, what you pay, and what we ask of you.
The service
stati measures visits of websites you own or are allowed to measure, shows them in an overview and sends reports and alerts by e-mail. The service is provided by [Company name], [Address], company ID [ID].
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old or act on behalf of a company. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Add only websites you own or have permission to measure.
Trial and plans
Every account starts with a free trial of 14 days with no card required. Afterwards you choose a plan. Plans are limited by page views per month and by the number of websites. Measuring continues when you go over the limit; we will get in touch and ask you to move to a bigger plan. If you stay over the limit for two consecutive months, the overview is paused until you do.
Payment and cancellation
Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
What you must not do
Do not use stati to collect personal data of visitors through event names or properties, do not send artificial traffic, and do not try to break or overload the service.
Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time; your data is deleted within 30 days. We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will tell you by e-mail at least 14 days before a change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
